Job Description Summary

When and Where is this opportunity:

  1. This is for a Winter Intern position from Jan 6, 2025 to June 6, 2025 for 30+ hours a week. Applications for summer internships are not open yet.

  2. This is a 100% in-person position working primarily at IntuWork's Chicago offices (see addresses on the "Contact Us" page).

  3. Personal transportation to the office Downtown or on the Side Side (primary location) is at your own expense.


What you'll do:

  • Drive client success: Attend client meetings, actively listen to capture key insights, and synthesize information into concise summaries for the team. Hone your professional communication skills as you interact with clients, schedule follow-up meetings, and ensure smooth communication to keep projects moving forward.

  • Be a key player in impactful projects: You'll be involved in every stage of our consulting projects, from conducting research and analyzing data to brainstorming creative solutions for our clients. Your insights will directly contribute to making our city a better place.

  • Become a master of your craft: Manage project timelines, keep tasks on track, and ensure the team is informed of responsibilities and deadlines. Contribute to clear communication by sharing progress, insights, and potential challenges. Capture key moments from workshops and client meetings through photos and videos and learn to transform those visuals and data into compelling presentations that tell a story and inspire action.

  • Team up with amazing people: You'll collaborate closely with a talented and supportive team of Associates, Consultants, and Project Leaders who are committed to your growth and development.

  • Make a tangible impact on your community: We work with clients who are dedicated to improving the lives of Chicagoans, particularly on the South and West Sides. You'll have the opportunity to see firsthand how your work is making a difference in the communities you care about.

Location:
